The board of directors of the company wishes to advise shareholders that
the present Company Secretary, Mr. DJ de Villiers, has assumed additional
responsibilities in the company`s operations in Swaziland.
Mr. GJ O`Connor has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 20 July
2009.
