FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series - Redefine Income Fund Ltd (South Africa):
Acquisition of ApexHi Properties Ltd and Madison Property Fund Managers -
Amendment FTSE/JSE Africa Index Series
The issuer advises that the following announcement replaces the Redefine Income
Fund Ltd (South Africa): Acquisition of ApexHi Properties Ltd and Madison
Property Fund Managers released on 4th August 2009. Redefine Income Fund will
replace Apexhi Properties within the FTSE/JSE Africa Financial 15 (J212) index
rather than Santam. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended version
is shown below.

Subject to the completed acquisitions by Redefine Income Fund Ltd (South Africa,
constituent) of ApexHi Properties Ltd (South Africa, constituent) and Madison
Property Fund Managers (South Africa, constituent) and notification from the
Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:
