RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held today, Finbond
shareholders present or represented by proxy unanimously passed the
resolution approving the transaction in terms of which part of the business
of Blue Chip Finance No.1 (Proprietary) Limited ("Blue Chip") was sold,
resulting in Finbond becoming the sole shareholder in Blue Chip ("the
transaction"). Accordingly, all of the conditions precedent to the
transaction have been fulfilled and the transaction has become
unconditional.
