RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of RACEC held today, all
the resolutions set out in the circular dated 29 June 2009 were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
