RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Members are advised that at the general meeting of Fairvest held on Wednesday, 5
August 2009, which was requisitioned by certain members in terms of Sections 181
and 220 of the Companies Act (Act 61 of 1973), as amended, and convened in terms
of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to members issued on
2 July 2009, the requisite majority of members did not approve ordinary
resolutions 1 to 5. Consequently, ordinary resolutions 6 to 9 were not voted
upon.
