Mr George Douglas de Jager has retired as an independent non-executive
director from the Board of Remgro (the "Board") with immediate effect. Mr De
Jager also served on the Remuneration & Nomination Committee, as well as the
Audit & Risk Committee.
The Board wishes to thank him for his valuable contribution over many years.
