CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements, PPC wishes to
advise that Dr Orrie Fenn has resigned as a director of PPC with effect from 5
August 2009. Dr Fenn has also given three month`s notice of his resignation as
PPC`s Chief Operating Officer ("COO") in order to pursue another career
opportunity.
Dr Fenn joined PPC during 1999, was appointed to the board in March 2004 and as
COO in May 2005.
During his time with PPC he has made important contributions to the success of
the company.
