RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TWP Holdings shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of TWP
Holdings held at The Country Club Johannesburg, 1 Napier Road, Auckland Park,
Johannesburg today, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders present or represented by proxy thereat.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
