RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors announces the resignation of Anton Keet from the board of
Queensgate with immediate effect, following his resignation as a director and
employee of the holding company. Anton will continue to be available to the
company on a consultancy basis
The board of directors would like to thank him for his contribution to the
company, and wish him well for the future.
