As a result of ApexHi Properties Limited scheme of arrangement whereby Redefine
will acquire all of the linked units held by the ApexHi "A" linked unitholders
at a consideration of 202 Redefine linked units for every 100 ApexHi "A" linked
units held, has been adjusted accordingly to leave warrant holders in an
equivalent economic position as prior to the corporate action.
In order to effect the above scheme of arrangement Investec will be listing
RDFIDE ZAE000138624 on Friday 7 August 2009. Holders of APAIDD will receive 202
RDFIDE for every 100 APAIDD held. APAIDD will cease to exist from commencement
of business on Friday, 7 August 2009.
Factor = 202/100 = 2.02
APA close LDT (6 August 2009) = 14.90
RDF Theoretical close LDT (6 August 2009) = APA close LDT
(6 August 2009)/Factor = 7.38
The strike price and barrier level has been adjusted accordingly to leave
holders in the equivalent economic position as prior to the scheme of
arrangement.
