Further to the cautionary announcements dated 14 May 2009 and 26 June 2009,
shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress, which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on African Brick`s share
price.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in their shares in the Company.
