REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the twenty-ninth (29th) annual general meeting of the shareholders of Trans
Hex held today, 7 August 2009, all the resolutions proposed at the meeting
were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Registration Office in due course.
