RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are hereby advised that the requisite majority of shareholders
approved all ordinary resolutions as proposed at the AGM of CIC held Thursday,
6 August 2009.
Shareholders are to note that ordinary resolution number 1 was modified to
limit the ordinary shares placed under the directors` control to 10% of the
unissued shares of the Company, and ordinary resolution number 2 was modified
to limit the aggregate number of shares that the directors may issue and allot
to 10% of the issued share capital of the Company as at 28 February 2009.
