regarding the disposal by UCS Solutions (Proprietary) Limited of its
Enterprise Solutions Business to HCL Axon (Proprietary) Limited ("the
transaction") and are advised that all the conditions precedent, as mentioned
in that announcement, have been fulfilled.
Accordingly, the transaction has become unconditional.
