Flexpak Business
Shareholders are advised that the conditions precedent, in particular the
Competition Commission approval, for the sale of the assets of the Flexpak
business has been fulfilled. Accordingly, the Company is pleased to announce the
sale of the Flexpak assets to Astrapak with effect from 11 August 2009. It is
noted that the sales proceeds are not material.
