CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the following
information is disclosed:
One of Vukile`s non-executive directors, Mr Sidney Bernic, has passed away after
a long illness. He joined the Vukile board at its inception in 2004 and was a
loyal and valuable colleague. His council, support and insight will be missed.
The board and management extend their condolences to Mr Bernic`s family.
