In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
company advises that Mr. Rodney Kaplan has resigned as an executive director of
the company, such resignation to take effect from 31 August 2009.
The board of directors takes this opportunity to thank Rodney for his
substantial contribution to the company during the last five years and extends
their good wishes to him for the future.
