In line with the City`s commitment to transparency, the City
discloses its key financial ratios, including the debt to revenue
ratio to its investors on an annual basis during investor roadshows.
Further to the above, the City would like to assure the holders of
its bonds that no Event of Default (as defined in Section 14 of the
Terms and Conditions of the Programme Memorandum dated 28 June 2007
as amended and supplemented) has occurred.
