LIFTING OF SUSPENSION
The directors of Bonatla are pleased to announce that subsequent to the passing
of all resolutions at the general meetings of shareholders held on Monday, 4 May
2009 and Tuesday, 11 August 2009, and the subsequent transfer of the relevant
properties into the name of Bonatla, the JSE has lifted the suspension in the
trading of Bonatla shares, with effect from the opening of business on Monday,
17 August 2009.
