SHAREHOLDER UPDATE - AFRICA EXPANSION
Pursuant to the announcement, dated 14 July 2009, relating to the company`s
strategic empowerment, the Board of Directors advise that they intend to
continue and escalate expansion into the pan-African arena. The Board`s vision
includes developing the group into an independent mining company operating in
sub-Saharan Africa.
Certain opportunities in Namibia, Mozambique and Zimbabwe have been identified
and a number of projects and initiatives are currently being finalised. With the
return of increasingly favourable conditions, exploration initiatives in
Zimbabwe have been assayed and are presently being vigorously pursued.
Management believe that the dynamic initiatives being evaluated could result in
a positive impact on the company`s future.
Shareholders will be kept up to date regarding developments.
