CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE LBH SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for LIBERTY
HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration
relating to LIBERTY HOLDINGS LIMITED (LBH) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a capital reduction amount of 164 cents per LBHNIA share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 7 September 2009.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 28 August 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 31 August
2009 and the record date will be Friday, 4 September 2009.
