Shareholders are advised that the special resolution regarding the consolidation
of authorised share capital and number of shares issued has not yet been
registered despite being lodged timeously by the company with CIPRO. Therefore
the salient dates previously published are no longer applicable.
New salient dates will be published upon confirmation from CIPRO that the
special resolution has been registered.
