DELAY IN SENDING OUT NOTICE OF INVOKING SECTION 440K
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 12 August 2009
and published in the press on 13 August 2009 advising that the offeror, Mr Mark
Stein, was exercising his right to invoke Section 400K.
There has been a delay experienced in ascertaining the names and shareholdings
of the dematerialised shareholders that did not accept the mandatory offer which
has caused a delay in giving notice of invoking Section 440K on Monday 17 August
2009 for a short period.
Shareholders will be advised of the new date of notice of invoking Section 440K
shortly.
