REVISED SALIENT DATES FOR NOTICE OF INVOKING SECTION 440K
Shareholders are referred to the Notice of invoking Section 440K released on
SENS on 12 August 2009 and published in the press of 13 August 2009 and the
further announcement advising a delay in invoking Section 440K released on SENS
on 14 August 2009.
Revised salient dates
The revised salient dates relating to the implementation of section 440K of
the Companies Act by the offeror are set out in the table below:

Compulsory acquisition of the ERM shares held Friday, 2 October

The above dates and times are subject to amendment, subject to prior written
approval from the SRP being obtained. Any such amendment will be released on
SENS and published in the press.
