INTEREST IN PGR 17 INVESTMENTS (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED
Metmar shareholders are advised that the Circular regarding the disposal by
the Company of its 21% interest in PGR 17 Investments (Proprietary) Limited,
which includes its 11.8% indirect interest in Mogale Alloys (Proprietary)
Limited, to Ruukki South Africa (Proprietary) Limited with effect from 1
April 2009 and incorporating a notice convening a general meeting of Metmar
shareholders to be held on 1 September 2009 at 12h00 at the Company`s
registered office has been posted today.
