Linked unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS
on 22 May 2009 and 6 July 2009 regarding the acquisition by AF Pref of its
proportionate share of the relevant assets as detailed in the announcement dated
22 May 2009 (the "Transaction") and a rights offer of new linked units ("Rights
Offer").
Linked unitholders are reminded that the Transaction and Rights Offer may have a
material effect on the price of the company`s linked units. Accordingly, linked
unitholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their
linked units, until a further announcement is made.
