In accordance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
notification is hereby given that Larry Lipschitz has resigned as a non-
executive director of Super Group effective 17 August 2009 to pursue alternative
business interests. Larry has agreed to assist the new chief executive officer
as required.
The Board of Super Group thanks Larry for his services and contribution for the
past 22 years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
