RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of Sentula held on
Tuesday, 18 August 2009, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting
contained in the circular to shareholders issued on 27 July 2009, all the
resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Companies
and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
