Update on Chief Financial Officer
On 1 June 2009 Nampak Limited announced that Mr Tim Jacobs had resigned as
chief financial officer and that a further announcement would be made
regarding the date of his departure.
Following the decision by the Board of Directors to appoint Mr Gareth
Griffiths as chief financial officer and an executive director of the Company
with effect 1 September 2009, it has been agreed that Mr Jacobs`s resignation
as chief financial officer and executive director will take effect at the
close of business 31 August 2009. Mr Jacobs will assist in the handover
process on a consultancy basis until 30 September 2009.
