CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are advised that on 14 August 2009 Ms. C.K. Louw tendered her
resignation as a non-executive director of the company and as Chairperson of the
Audit Committee. Ms Louw will, however, remain with the company until 31
October 2009 thereby allowing the Board sufficient time within which to replace
her.
The Board takes this opportunity to extend its sincere thanks to Ms. Louw for
her contribution and expresses its best wishes to her for her future endeavours.
