CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that the following non-executive directors
were appointed, effective immediately, at the directors` meeting on 18 August
2009:
Mr Stephen Paul Morris, a British national, who is a director of several
internationally listed companies, and a renowned global entrepreneur; and
Mr Patrick R Cooke, B Comm (Wits), CA (SA), a director of local companies and a
financial specialist.
