CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr. Monty Kaplan has retired from the
board of Afrimat effective 19 August 2009.
The board thanks Monty for his contribution beginning with the formation of
Afrimat and in particular for his role as Chairman of the Audit Committee. We
wish him all the best for the future.
