Shareholders are advised that the annual report containing audited financial
statements of the year ended 31 March 2009 will be dispatched to shareholders
today, Wednesday, 19 August 2009. There has been no change from the reviewed
provisional results for the year ended 31 March 2009, which were published on 22
June 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the seventeenth annual general meeting of the
company will be held in The Bill Gallagher Room, Sandton Convention Centre,
Maude Street, Sandton, South Africa on Wednesday 16 September 2009 at 10:00.
