NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
No change statement
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 28 February 2009,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements are ready for
distribution and expected to be distributed to shareholders on or about 24
August 2009 (due to the current strike by the post office) and contain no
modifications to the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 6 May
2009. The annual financial statements can be viewed on the investor relations
segment of the Astrapak website at www.astrapak.co.za and copies may also be
obtained from the JSE Limited if urgent.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders
will be held at the Southern Sun Grayston, corner Rivonia Road and Grayston
Drive, Sandown, Johannesburg on Wednesday, 30 September 2009 at 09H00 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the annual financial statements.
