The JSE would like to advise that we will be using a Headline Earnings per Share
(HEPS) figure of -0.04 Canadian Dollars for ARQ Anooraq Resources Corporation in
our statistical calculations e.g. PE Ratio, Earnings Yield etc. This figure
was obtained from the company. This figure represents the 6 months ending 30
June 2009.
