Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 7 July 2009 relating to a
specific issue of shares for cash to the International Finance Corporation
("specific issue").
Shareholders are advised that the general meeting to approve the specific issue
will be held at 29 Scott Street, Waverley, 2090 at 11:00 on Thursday, 10
September 2009.
In accordance with the rights attaching to Sasfin preference shares, preference
shareholders are advised that they may attend the general meeting but not vote
