RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of linked unitholders of Fairvest was held on
Tuesday, 18 August 2009. All of the resolutions contained in the notice of
annual general meeting, published in the annual report, and dated 17 July
2009, were passed by the requisite majority of linked unitholders, with the
exception of ordinary resolution number 1 pertaining to the general
authority to issue shares, and to sell treasury shares, for cash and special
resolution number 2 pertaining to the amendment to the Articles of
Association of the company, which resolutions were not passed by the
requisite majority of linked unitholders.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies
and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
