CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
14 May 2009 informing shareholders that the Board of Directors of Yakani
Infraco (Proprietary) Limited ("Yakani") (who owns 51% of African Brick)
had requested that Hugo Knoetze assume the role of Acting Chief Executive
Officer ("CEO") of African Brick for a certain period.
Shareholders are informed that, following the successful completion of the
required tasks and end of the agreement with Hugo and African Brick, Hugo
has effectively resigned as Acting CEO and director, with effect from Friday
21 August 2009.
