DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TRU SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TRUWORTHS
INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (TRU) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 83 cents per TRUNIC share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 14 September 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 4 September 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 September 2009 and
the record date will be Friday, 11 September 2009.
