DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE HAR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for HARMONY GOLD MINING
COMPANY LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
HARMONY GOLD MINING COMPANY LIMITED (HAR) the Trustees of the HAR Share
Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 50 cents per HARNIE share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 21 September 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 11 September 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 14 September 2009 and
the record date will be Friday, 18 September 2009.
