DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SHP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for SHOPRITE HOLDINGS
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to SHOPRITE
HOLDINGS LIMITED (SHP) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 130 cents per SHPNID share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 21 September 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 11 September 2009. The Share
Instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 14 September 2009, the
record date will be Friday, 18 September 2009.
