Result of Annual General Meeting and Update on Operations
Platmin Limited ("Platmin", TSX/AIM: PPN, JSE: PLN) announces that at its annual
meeting of shareholders held today all resolutions were duly passed.
Update on Operations
Further to the announcement on 12 August 2009, mining operations at Platmin`s
Pilanesberg Mine are still suspended, however, the Company is processing the
stockpiled ore.
Management are continuing to work towards resolving the matter and will update
the market accordingly.

Platmin is a mineral exploration, development and operating company engaged in
the exploration for, and development of, Platinum Group Element ("PGE") deposits
in South Africa. The Company has developed the Pilanesberg Project into the
Pilanesberg Platinum Mine and is exploring for PGE`s on its other three key
projects: Mphahlele, Grootboom and Loskop. All of Platmin`s projects are located
in the Bushveld Complex of South Africa, which is estimated to contain
approximately 90% of global platinum mineral resources.
