DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE CFR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for COMPAGNIE FIN
RICHEMONT and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to COMPAGNIE
FIN RICHEMONT (CFR) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a
dividend amount of 0.03 Swiss francs.
The CFR dividend is subject to 35 percent Swiss witholding tax resulting which
will result in a net dividend of 0.0195 Swiss francs. The exchange rate will be
announced on Friday, 4 September 2009. Payment date will be Friday, 25 September
2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 11 September 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 14 September 2009 and
the record date will be Friday, 18 September 2009.
