Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 28 February 2009 were posted to shareholders today and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on 18 May 2009.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results, and the annual financial
statements of the company and their reports are available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders
will be held at 10:00 on Friday, 2 October 2009 at the Glenhove Conference
Centre, 52 Glenhove Road, Melrose Estate, Johannesburg, to transact the business
as stated in the annual general meeting notice, forming part of the annual
financial statements.
