CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listing Requirements of the
JSE Limited, the Board of Directors of Seardel Investment Corporation Limited
is pleased to announce the following appointments to the directorate with
immediate effect:
- Ms Nazeema Teladia & Ms Rachel Watson have been appointed as non-executive
directors; and
- Mr Gys Wege has been appointed as financial director.
