At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Buildmax held on Tuesday,
25 August 2009 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in
the Buildmax annual report issued on 30 July 2009), all of the resolutions
were passed by the requisite majority of Buildmax shareholders.
