FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 14 July 2009, the Company
announces, for purposes of compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, that negotiations to acquire certain assets are still in progress,
which if successfully concluded may have a material effect on NEPI`s financial
position and consequently on the price of the Company`s shares. No certainty can
be given that these negotiations will be concluded successfully. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in their
NEPI shares until a further announcement is made in this respect.
