RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of Adcorp shareholders was held on Wednesday, 26
August 2009. All the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution as set out
in the notice of annual general meeting to shareholders, dated 15 July 2009,
were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolution
will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of Companies in due course.
