RESULTS OF GOLD ONE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of the company are advised that the general meeting of Gold One was
held on Wednesday, 26 August 2009.
The tables below set out the results of the votes cast on the items detailed in
the notice of general meeting dated 24 July 2009, in accordance with section
251AA(2) of the Australian Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the Australian
Securities Exchange ("ASX") Listing Rule 3.13.2. Unless otherwise indicated, all
the items constitute ordinary resolutions. Each shareholder, present in person
or by proxy was entitled to:
one vote per share held or represented, on a poll; and
one vote, irrespective of the number of shares held or represented, on a show of
hands.
