CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Nail wishes to
announce the following changes to the Board with immediate effect;
- Messrs K Setzin and G Snelgar, non-executive directors, have resigned from
the Board.
- Mr W Kirsh and Ms T Volkwyn have been appointed as non-executive directors
on the Board.
- Ms O Ighodaro has been appointed as a financial director of the Company.
- Mr E Sather has been appointed as company secretary of the Company.
- Mr R Kevan has resigned as company secretary and financial director but
will remain as a non-executive director on the Board.
- Mr S Bruyns, a current non-executive director, has been appointed as a non-
executive chairman of the Board.
The Board extends its gratitude to Messrs Setzin and Snelgar for their
contribution during their tenure and welcomes the new appointments.
